US Real Estate Ad Strategist
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to hand over the reins of our advertising to a specialist who understands the nuances of the U.S. real-estate market. My company moves fast—we’re generating new listings every week—so I need campaigns that attract the right buyers and sellers just as quickly.
You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns across the channels you feel are most effective. I’m open to Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, or any platform where you can prove real-estate prospects are active. What matters most is measurable traction: qualified leads, transparent performance metrics, and recommendations I can act on right away.
Experience is non-negotiable. Show me past results for residential or commercial real-estate clients, outline the tracking stack you rely on (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio, etc.), and explain how you keep attribution clear. I expect straightforward weekly reports—no vanity metrics—plus a brief call or loom recap so I’m never guessing where the budget is going.
Deliverables I need to see:
• Campaign strategy with audience definitions and projected KPIs
• Live ads built and launched, ready for my approval
• Ongoing optimization notes and a weekly performance report (CTR, CPL, ROAS, next steps)
• Final wrap-up summary with insights and recommendations for the next quarter
If you thrive on data, communicate openly, and already speak the language of real estate, let’s connect.
