I’m looking for a Google Ads expert who can help me set up and run lead generation campaigns for my real estate projects.
To start with, I want to run ads for this website:

Later, there will be around 10 similar project websites, all focused on generating real estate leads (calls and enquiries).
What I Need:
Setup of Google Ads account and campaigns under my login
Keyword research and ad copy creation
Conversion tracking setup (calls, forms, WhatsApp, etc.)
Landing page review & basic suggestions for better conversions
Continuous monitoring, optimisation & reporting to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead
Goal:
Generate a steady flow of genuine real estate leads through Google Ads.
What I’m Looking For:
Someone with proven experience in real estate PPC
Should be able to manage and optimise multiple campaigns
Strong communication and transparency in reporting
Long-term mindset — this is not a one-time setup

Phase 1: Setup (1 Domain) Campaign setup, keyword research, ad copies, tracking setup ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 (one-time)
Phase 2: Ongoing Optimisation (Monthly)** Campaign management, optimisation, A/B testing, reports ₹4,000 – ₹8,000 per month per domain
Phase 3: Scale Up (10 Domains)** Once results are good, we’ll expand to 10 projects Negotiable based on performance
