Performance Max Campaign Review

We set up a performance max campaign to sell Pickleball related t-shirts. We have a few problems: 1) We have spent $40/day for over two weeks with no coversions. 2) some products show as "inactive". 3) We are having a hard time understanding the state of the campaign and what needs to be optimized.
