Performance Marketing Specialist for Ads Scaling
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Professional who can independently manage and scale our Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end setup, management, and optimization of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
* City-specific targeting for local lead generation.
* NRI targeting experience—must know how to effectively reach NRI audiences across regions.
* Creating and managing campaigns from scratch, including audience setup, creatives coordination, tracking, and reporting.
* Continuous optimization to improve lead quality and reduce CPL.
*What We’re Looking For*
* Someone who has previously managed similar campaigns successfully.
* Strong understanding of performance metrics, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
* Available to work with us on a monthly retainer basis.
