Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Ads to lead and scale our digital growth initiatives. This role focuses on driving revenue through paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in eCommerce marketing, understands full-funnel performance, and can execute across paid media, retention channels, and creative testing.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Paid Acquisition

Manage and optimize campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
TikTok Ads
Continuously test and scale campaigns based on ROAS and CAC targets
Analyze performance data and optimize budgets to maximize revenue

Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

Manage private traffic channels:
Email marketing (Klaviyo or similar)
SMS campaigns
Develop segmentation strategies and customer journeys
Track and improve key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, LTV)

Creative & Content Strategy

Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives
Produce short-form video content (UGC, reels, TikTok-style ads)
Continuously test hooks, angles, and messaging

Conversion Optimization

Optimize landing pages and product pages to improve CVR
Analyze funnel performance and identify drop-off points
Work with developers/designers to improve UX

Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs including ROAS, CAC, Conversion rate, Customer lifetime value
Build reports and provide insights for scaling decisions

Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute weekly and monthly marketing plans
Implement full-funnel acquisition strategies
Identify new growth channels and opportunities
Continuously improve systems to increase revenue and efficiency
Requirements
6 months – 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce or DTC brands
Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Understanding of eCommerce funnels and customer acquisition strategies
Experience with email/SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify, or similar platforms
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience in consumer brands (home goods, lifestyle, or similar)
Experience with TikTok Ads and UGC content strategy
