Performance Marketing Optimization Specialist
Budget: ₹450 – ₹500 INR
I need an experienced performance marketer to dive into our existing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and LinkedIn, then turn the data into measurable gains for our SaaS and online-services funnels.
Where I feel the greatest urgency is Google Ads: the account is active but our cost-per-lead keeps inching up while conversion quality drifts down. Your first job will be a tight audit of account structure, keyword match types, negative lists, bidding strategies, audiences, and tracking. From there I want a test-and-scale roadmap that will lower CPL and lift ROAS within the first 30 days, with clear milestones and KPIs.
LinkedIn comes next. The single goal there is to increase leads. I’ll hand over current campaigns and assets; you refine or rebuild:
• Ad copy & creatives that speak to our ICP
• Audience targeting tuned for buyer-ready decision makers
• Ongoing campaign analysis and reporting so we know what’s working, what isn’t, and why
Meta already delivers moderate volume, yet there’s headroom. After the initial audits you can propose incremental experiments—creative angles, lookalikes, Advantage+ placements, or budget reallocations—to stretch results without burning spend.
Deliverables
• Written audit report for Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn with prioritized action items
• Implemented optimizations (ads, audiences, bids, tracking tags) and weekly change logs
• Performance dashboard or report template that surfaces CPL, conversion quality, and ROAS at a glance
• 30-, 60-, and 90-day scaling plan outlining budget distribution and projected returns
Successful work is accepted when the new campaigns run for at least two full cycles and demonstrate a statistically significant drop in CPL together with improved lead-to-customer conversion rates.
Tools in current stack: Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot. If you have additional tools or scripts that shave hours off optimisation, let’s discuss.
