Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage and scale our Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Google My Business promotions. Our company, Quicker Services, is a growing home service provider brand, and we want someone who has a proven track record of generating quality leads in the service industry (painting, pest control, AC servicing, waterproofing, salon at home, etc.).

Responsibilities:

Plan, set up, and optimize Google Search Ads, Display Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.

Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) for local lead generation.

Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing strategies.

Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports.

Optimize campaigns for high conversion rates and low CPL (Cost Per Lead).

Suggest growth strategies and new campaign ideas based on data.


Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience running successful ad campaigns.

Proven experience with lead generation for service-based businesses.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and GMB optimization.

Experience handling large budgets and multiple campaigns.

Ability to target Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 city audiences in India.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.
