* Experience with pixel, conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and campaign attribution.
* Ability to create, test, and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and landing page strategies.
* Data-driven approach with regular reporting and actionable insights.
### Responsibilities:
* Plan and launch high-converting ad campaigns.
* Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce CAC.
* Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
* Perform A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages.
* Monitor budgets and scale winning campaigns.
### Ideal Candidate:
* 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
* Portfolio or case studies showing measurable results.
* Experience working with startups or SaaS products is a plus.
* Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
