Performance Marketer (Meta + Google Ads) – Education Industry

We are a software training institute based in Chennai.

Looking for ONE performance marketer who can manage:
- Meta lead ads
- Google search ads
for education / training institutes in India.

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in EdTech ads
- Must handle both Meta + Google
- Focus on lead quality, not volume
- Comfortable with Tamil Nadu targeting
- Must work inside our ad accounts

Engagement:
- Month 1 pilot: ₹20,000
- From Month 2: ₹30,000/month
- No agencies
