RV Park SEO & Ads Management
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for an experienced SEO and Google Ads specialist to manage ongoing digital marketing for an RV park located in Waller, Texas. The primary goal is to drive traffic, increase visibility, and generate bookings.
This is a monthly contract role with both a base pay of $300/month and performance-based bonuses tied to actual results (traffic and bookings).
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing SEO and Google Ads for service-based businesses (hospitality, RV -parks, campgrounds, hotels, etc. preferred).
- Demonstrated success in driving bookings (not just clicks or impressions).
- Strong proficiency in English (native or near-native level required).
- Ability to deliver measurable results quickly — we have 3 months to establish steady traffic and bookings, with urgency to begin generating bookings as soon as possible.
- Excellent knowledge of keyword research, local SEO (Google Maps optimization), ad copywriting, conversion tracking, and landing page optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research specific to RV parks and local searches in Waller, TX.
- Optimize the website for SEO (on-page & off-page).
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Continuously refine campaigns to improve conversion rates and booking numbers.
Compensation:
- $300 base pay per month.
- Performance-based bonuses tied directly to traffic growth and confirmed bookings.
Timeline:
- Initial contract: 3 months.
- Goal: Begin seeing bookings immediately while building long-term traffic growth.
