We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager who lives and breathes performance marketing. This role owns the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
You will be directly accountable for driving profitable, scalable growth for client accounts and will have the autonomy to make decisions that improve performance.
This is a hands-on role. You will be in the accounts daily, analyzing data, testing new strategies, reallocating budgets, and identifying opportunities to scale. You will work cross-functionally with creative, analytics, CRO, and strategy teams to ensure every dollar of ad spend delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop full-funnel paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display platforms
Build media plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with client growth goals
Identify new paid channels and scaling opportunities
Recommend strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, and revenue performance
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
Manage keyword portfolios, audience segments, and campaign structure
Monitor performance daily and make adjustments quickly
Optimize accounts for efficiency, conversion rate, and profitability
Measurement & Reporting
Build dashboards and performance reports
Deliver weekly and monthly campaign reviews
Maintain conversion tracking and attribution setup
Use analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities
Translate data into actionable insights
Growth & Innovation
Stay up to date with platform updates and new ad formats
Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns
Collaborate with creative teams on ad strategy
Recommend improvements based on performance data
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns
Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience working in a digital marketing agency preferred
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
Understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking
Ability to manage large budgets and optimize for ROI
Strong communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing high-budget advertising accounts
Experience with LinkedIn Ads or B2B campaigns
Familiarity with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar tools
Google Ads or Meta certifications
Experience with ecommerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns
Pay
