Optimise Google Ads for Leads

I need my existing Google Ads account refreshed and fine-tuned so it consistently drives qualified contact-form submissions. The campaigns are already live, but performance has levelled off; I’m after sharper targeting, tighter ad copy, and cleaner account structure that converts visitors into solid enquiries.
Here’s what I’d like done:
• Audit the current campaigns, ad groups, extensions and conversion tracking.
