Mobile app user acquisition

Skill - is a mobile app for skiers/snowboarders and MTB downhill riders.

The app is already in stores.
Initially, the app was designed only for skiers/snowboarders. We already have some success in Russia in the winter season and got positive feedback.
Recently we added mountain bike support to cover the summer season. We have no MTB users yet.
Our main goal is to get first MTB users (in those parts of the World where is summer season now)
Our secondary goal is to get more paying ski users (in those parts of the World where is winter season now)
An ideal candidate should cover the following stuff:
- bring more users
- tune and launch Google Ads campaign (we are ready to use other ads platforms too)
- give professional advice about really necessary conversion events
- help to setup traffic sources tracking
Great if you also can:
- do ASO
- find suitable places for native ads (Instagram/Facebook profiles where we may buy a promo post)
