The ideal candidate should know how to:
- Plan, run, and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns
- Build retargeting funnels
- Create and use lookalike audiences
- Manage Pixel data and tracking
- Use reel views, engagement, and audience behavior for better ad optimization
- Improve conversions through proper targeting and funnel strategy
- Work on both paid growth and organic search visibility
You should have good experience, not just theoretical knowledge. We are looking for someone who understands performance, data, and ROI, and can actively help generate leads and sales.
