Meta & Google Ads Expert Needed for Local Water Delivery Business (Leads Focused)

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to generate local leads for our packed drinking water bottle brand in Delhi NCR.
Responsibilities:
- Run and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Setup and optimize Google Ads (search-based)
- Generate high-quality local leads (calls/WhatsApp/orders)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation (local business preferred)
- Must share screenshots of past ad results (CPL, leads, etc.)
- Ability to suggest targeting, creatives, and strategy

- This is a performance-focused role (we care about leads, not likes or followers)
