Merchant Center Free Listing Optimization needed

Greetings, we're looking for a google ads expert to see why 1) our 45,000 products don't appear in google ads even if the feed is there on the merchant center and it is linked to the account
2) we don't understand why our free listings are not running well anymore, how would you optimize them?
