Make Phone Numbers Appear as Custom On Google Ads + Set up Retargeting Google Ads/Facebook Ads

Hi,

I'm looking for someone who is savvy at Google Ads and Facebook Ads. I need to have the phone numbers on my website appear custom so I can track.. Google has some option for this.

I also need to retarget a Facebook ad to anyone who clicked my Google Ad. I'll then want to do this retargeting for other platforms and ad types.
