Local ADU & Solar Leads

Job ID: 40323146

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a results-driven marketer who can fill my pipeline with qualified homeowners in our immediate neighborhood who are open to both accessory dwelling unit (ADU) construction and residential solar installations. Because the catchment area is small, every lead has to be highly targeted and ready for a follow-up call from my sales team.

Here is the mix of tactics I want executed:

• Online advertising – Craft and manage hyper-local Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns that zero in on homeowners within a tight radius. Split-test creative, landing pages, and keywords tied to “garage conversion”, “granny flat”, “solar savings”, and similar terms until cost-per-lead is optimized.

• Direct mail campaigns – Design a concise postcard or tri-fold mailer, handle list curation for owner-occupied addresses only, and coordinate drops so they coincide with peak ad bursts. Tracking numbers or unique QR codes must tie every response back into my CRM (HubSpot).

• Community events – Secure a small booth or speaking slot at neighborhood farmer’s markets, HOA meetings, or energy-fair style pop-ups. Produce one-page leave-behinds and sign-up sheets so contacts flow straight into the same lead funnel.

Deliverables I expect:
1. A 30-day action plan covering ad copy, mailer mock-ups, and proposed event dates.
2. Weekly reports showing spend, impressions, conversions, and the growing list of verified homeowner leads (name, address, email, phone, ADU interest, solar interest).
3. A brief wrap-up summary with recommendations for scaling in month two.

All creative must be brand-consistent; I’ll supply logos and past collateral. You’ll have direct access to our HubSpot portal for tracking. Quality over quantity is key—if a homeowner can’t legally add an ADU or is a renter, I would rather you disqualify them up-front.

If you have solid experience running local Google/Facebook campaigns, mailing neighborhood lists, and staffing small community booths, let’s get started.
