Instagram & LinkedIn Growth Strategist

I’m searching for a seasoned performance marketer who can take full ownership of my Instagram and LinkedIn presence. Both channels matter equally to me, and every activity should ultimately translate into leads and sales rather than just vanity metrics.
Here’s what I need you to do day-to-day: build and optimise Meta and LinkedIn ad funnels, craft promotional post ideas that match current trends, refine audience targeting by geography and intent, and turn the resulting traffic into a predictable sales pipeline. Experience with Google Ads for supporting retargeting or look-alike expansion will be considered a plus.
This is a long-term partnership, so I’m counting on you for strategy as much as execution—planning content calendars, monitoring KPIs, reallocating budgets, and explaining what the numbers mean in plain language. I want to see steady follower growth, wider profile reach, and—most importantly—a clear uptick in qualified enquiries and conversions.
Deliverables I’ll review each month:
• A performance-driven ad plan for both platforms
• Creative assets or briefs ready for publishing
• Campaign dashboards with CTR, CPL, and ROAS clearly highlighted
• Actionable next steps to push results further
