Initial Google Reviews Strategy Needed

Job ID: 40239119

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m opening a new service-based business and want to start out with a solid base of Google reviews even though I don’t have a customer list yet. I need someone who understands Google’s guidelines inside out and can craft a practical, fully compliant plan that will help me:

• attract my very first reviewers through legitimate touchpoints (friends, early adopters, beta users, local partnerships, etc.),
• set up repeatable review-request workflows I can turn on the moment real clients arrive, and
• ensure every step stays within Google’s policies so nothing is ever flagged or removed.

What I expect from you:
1. A concise strategy document detailing step-by-step actions for the pre-launch, launch, and post-service phases.
2. Ready-to-use copy templates for email, text, and in-person asks.
3. Recommendations on any free or affordable tools (e.g., Google Business Profile features, QR codes, follow-up automations) that make leaving a review effortless.
4. Tips on monitoring and responding to incoming feedback so future customers see an engaged, trustworthy brand.

If you have proven experience building review pipelines for brand-new service providers, let’s talk and get this in place before opening day.
