Improve Google Ads Quality Score to 10/10

I am looking for a freelancer who can improve the performance of my keywords. The current landing page has a poor quality score, which is negatively impacting its effectiveness. Also Abs top position rate has been decreased.
Skills and Experience:
- Must have atleast 5 years of experience working particularly on google ads.
- Experience in optimizing google ads performance, particularly improving keyword quality score, Improving Absolute top position rate. So improving Ad relevance, improving landing page experience and improving CTR is essential.
- Knowledge of best practices for web design and layout, keyword placing is necessary to improve the landing page experience..
- Proficiency in custom PHP/HTML/CSS/JS is required as the landing pages are built on this platform.
Specific Changes:
- I have specific changes in mind that I would like the freelancer to implement. These are the changes required.
1. I have attached 26 keywords. Whose Ad relevance should be Above average.
2. Landing page experience of different landing pages related to these keywords should be Above average. Any changes to be made on landing pages should be done by you.
3. Quality score for these keywords should be 10/10. Anything required to achieve this should be done by you.
4. I want my CTR to be improved and Absolute top position rate to be improved.

2. Landing page experience of 99% keywords are average so major need to be worked on.
