Hotel Halloween Google Ads Management
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We’re rolling out a fast-turnaround Halloween promotion for our mid-range hotel in Melbourne and need an experienced Google Ads specialist to steer the campaign from setup through optimisation.
The role covers:
• Building a detailed campaign structure that targets travellers looking for seasonal getaways and local residents seeking a spooky staycation.
• Crafting compelling ad copy and creative aligned with our in-house artwork, Halloween theme, and brand voice.
• Configuring keyword lists, audience segments, remarketing pools, and conversion tracking in Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.
• Launching the campaign promptly, then monitoring performance daily and refining bids, budgets, and creatives to maximise bookings.
• Supplying clear, data-driven insights in a concise weekly report so I can see how spend translates into room nights and revenue.
Hospitality or travel marketing experience is highly regarded because you’ll already understand occupancy targets, booking windows, and rate parity constraints. Familiarity with Melbourne’s tourism landscape is a plus.
Timing is critical: the promotion must be live within the next seven days and run through 31 October, with room to extend if results warrant.
I’ll provide:
• Brand guidelines, landing-page URLs, and existing assets.
• Historical booking data to inform targeting.
You’ll bring:
• Proven Google Ads expertise, especially in time-sensitive, themed campaigns.
• A collaborative mindset to recommend the right ad formats and success metrics.
• The ability to react quickly to performance insights and hotel inventory changes.
If you can jump in immediately and drive measurable lift in Halloween bookings, let’s talk.
