Hospitality Google/Facebook Ads Specialist Needed
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
I run The Abbey Resort, a year-round lakeside property that relies heavily on direct bookings. I am ready to hand over all Google Ads and Facebook Ads activity to a specialist who knows how to translate hospitality-specific goals—higher occupancy, profitable average daily rate, and clear brand positioning—into measurable, revenue-driving campaigns.
The task in front of you is end-to-end ownership of our paid media presence. You will build the account structure, choose the right campaign objectives, craft or advise on creative, install and troubleshoot the Meta pixel and GA-4 conversion tags, then optimise continually for the metrics that matter: bookings and return on ad spend.
Deliverables I need to see:
• A launch plan covering keyword and audience research, campaign architecture, and projected spend versus expected bookings.
• Fully built Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, complete with tracking in place.
• Bi-weekly performance reports summarising spend, cost-per-booking, ROAS, and next-step optimisations.
• A concise wrap-up document at 90 days with insights and recommendations for scale.
Experience with hotel or resort accounts is strongly preferred, especially if you have worked with booking engines and seasonal demand patterns. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, tell me about your most successful hospitality campaign and the numbers behind it.
