Help needed from expert for Google Ads to approve my ad.

The problem is Google ads keeps disapproving or banning my account. While I can see an exact ad on google searches that got approved somehow. My budget is $500 per approved ad and potentially I need dozens of ads to be created.

I don't need help with marketing, creating Ad text etc. Just need an expert that can find a way around to approve my ad.
