Google Ad help for two retail pharmacies

I own two pharmacies in Texas and want to advertise on Google. I made the mistake of trying to set up an account myself for one of the stores which led to the account being suspended. I've appealed it but haven't heard back. At the very least I'd like to get an account set up for the other store.
