Google ads suspended account issues help -- 2

I own a Shopify store that keeps running into problems with Google ads. 1 month will be running smoothly the next month my account is suspended then reinstated again? It’s driving me insane as I am loosing sales and unsure of where the problems are coming From?

It states what the problems are in the “learn more”section, however if my account is being reinstated when these so call “issues” are still present, Then? I am very confused
