Google ads for industrial company

We are a development company in China, making design, proto and manufacturing of products (from simple to complex products with electronic).
We already have a nice website, we already have a Google Ads, but, these Ads are not good enough.
We need help to tune our Google Ads in order to fit our market and have better conversions.
