Google VAST Ads Setup

I’m ready to launch a brand-awareness campaign and need the full VAST package—from concept to implementation—inside Google Ad Manager, delivered in a format that plays flawlessly through Elite Video Player.

Here’s what I have and what I need:
• Strategy: the goal is purely brand awareness; direct response metrics aren’t the focus.
• Creatives: nothing final yet. I’ll rely on you to script, shoot (or source), and edit a polished live-action spot that meets IAB VAST 4.x specs, looks premium at multiple resolutions, and stays on-brand.
• Ad Manager: once the video is approved, configure the ad unit, set the targeting I’ll specify, and supply the VAST tag.
• Player integration: prove the tag works by loading it into an Elite Video Player instance and sharing a quick screen-capture or staging link.

Acceptance criteria
1. A 15–30 sec live-action MP4 plus companion assets, all royalty-cleared.
2. Valid VAST tag tested in Google’s console and Elite Video Player.
3. Handoff of editable project files and a concise setup guide so I can scale placements later.
