Google Tag Manager Corporate Setup
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
My corporate website needs a clean, future-proof implementation of Google Tag Manager. I already rely on Google Analytics, so the container must be configured to send accurate data to GA while leaving room for easy Google Ads conversion tags later on.
Here’s what I expect once the job is finished:
• One GTM container installed on every page, published and tested.
• Tags, triggers, and variables for the following events: full page views, all form submissions, every primary button click, and a custom event that records each time visitors use our on-site calculator.
• Google Analytics 4 configured via GTM with enhanced measurement disabled where manual events overlap, to avoid duplicates.
• Clear, consistent naming conventions and a brief hand-off note explaining how I can add future AdWords / Google Ads tags without breaking anything.
• Validation in GA real-time reports and GTM preview to confirm data is flowing correctly.
You are free to use a dataLayer push where necessary, but keep code additions lightweight and well-commented. Once everything is live and verified, export the container JSON so I can keep a backup.
