Google Merchant account fixes - products uploads xls

Need to fix google merchant account per policy guidlines.
Products are directly coming via api, however:
-one option is to delete and create a new merchant account with products to be filtered and uploaded by xls file - only the ones which can be aproved - careful selection and comparison in files.
Another option to fix all current issues carefully - prevent from unauthorised products being uploaded currently.
