I need a results-driven marketer to put my appliance and air-conditioning repair service at the very top of the local Google Maps and chat gpt pack and feed me 15-30 booked jobs within the next 30 days.

Scope
• Industry: appliance & A/C repair
• Coverage: a single city (both residential and commercial customers)

What matters most is measurable outcome. I will judge success by two numbers: visible #1-3 placement for core “appliance repair”, “AC repair” and similar keywords in Google Maps, and at least fifteen calendar-booked leads inside a month.

How you reach it is up to you—optimised Google Business Profile, local SEO, high-authority citations, review velocity, ChatGPT-powered web chat, paid map ads, or any smart tactic you already master—as long as it complies with Google guidelines and converts.

Deliverables
1. On-page and GBP optimisation report (before/after screenshots, keyword list).
2. Proof of ranking movement tracked with a geo-grid tool.
3. Lead log with call recordings or form/chat transcripts showing booking dates.
4. Simple hand-off SOP so my in-house team can maintain the position once we hit the target.
