Google Ad Manager / Advanced Ads Pro / Double Verify Blocking Tags - setting up on GAM and website and getting ad serving to work correctly

We have a WordPress website with an Advanced Ads Pro plugin. We have a Google Ad Manager account. Our client is an alcoholic brand that used Double Verify for ad blocking to ensure safe delivery to legal drinking age users. They have provided us with tags that are already wrapped in DV tags. We get the DV fallback image to serve, but can’t get the ads to display.
