Google Ads specialist needed

I am an ESL tutor. I have been building up a student base since 2019 but wish to acquire more regular students. I have an active website, a landing page and and up-to-date LinkedIn profile. I'm looking for someone who can help me set up Google ads to draw in students from specific countries and who can compile a set of targeted keywords that I can then continue to use going forward.
