ABOUT THE ROLE:
I run a boutique digital agency , Grey Gold Strategies , focused on helping luxury retreats, regenerative stays, and wellness accommodation providers across Australia and New Zealand attract more bookings.
I am seeking a Google Ads specialist to execute Performance Max and Search campaigns-powered by Google AI. You'll handle the technical side; I'll manage all client on boarding communication , and paperwork.
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
Set up and manage Performance Max and Search campaigns
Connect campaigns to existing google ads accounts
Assist with conversion tracking setup when needed
Optimise campaign performance during the 2-week trial window
Provide light summary reporting and recommendations
NO client meetings or hand-holding-I'll handle that .
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR :
Proven experience running Performance Max Campaigns
Comfortable working high-end quiet-luxury niches (think slow travel, wellness, nature stays)
Fluent English
Ideally based in Australia or New Zealand or highly familiar with this region's tone and travellers
Someone who moves fast no sloppy.
