Google Ads expert to promote my Casino Business

We are looking for a highly experienced Google Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns for our casino/iGaming business. The ideal candidate must understand the challenges of promoting restricted niches and be able to generate high-quality traffic, conversions, and ROI while maintaining account stability.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
* Develop strategies to promote casino/iGaming offers effectively
* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
* Set up conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels)
* Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPA, and conversions
* A/B test ads, landing pages, and funnels
* Monitor account health and minimize risks of suspension
* Provide regular performance reports and insights

Requirements:
* Proven experience running Google Ads in restricted niches (Casino, Betting, Crypto, etc.)
* Strong understanding of Google Ads policies & compliance strategies
* Experience with cloaking, pre-landers, or alternative funnel strategies (if applicable)
* Expertise in keyword research, bidding strategies, and scaling campaigns
* Familiarity with tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Voluum, etc.)
* Ability to generate consistent quality leads or player registrations
