Google Ads campaign manager

I am looking for someone that can manage ads campaign for us in Google ads for a month.
- Manager must give access to ads manager as standard user.
- Manager must provide conversion tracking ids
- Must transfer the account to us at the end of the month.
- Depending on the success we can continue working together after a month.
- One month (30 days) would start after the ads becomes active.
- Payment is after the ads account transfer to us.
