Google Ads Specialist for IT Training Institute

We are an established IT training institute based in Pune, and we are looking for an experienced Google Ads / PPC Specialist who can either manage our campaigns end-to-end or guide our internal team with strategy, optimization, and performance improvement.

Our goal is simple: generate high-quality student leads for our IT courses through strategic Google Ads campaigns.

Scope of Work

The selected freelancer will help with:

Market and competitor research for the education/training industry
Keyword research focused on local student search intent
Search campaign setup and optimization
Location targeting for Pune and nearby areas
Ad copy creation and A/B testing
Conversion tracking setup (form fills, calls, WhatsApp, landing page actions)
Audience targeting and remarketing strategy
Budget planning and CPC optimization
Weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations
Landing page recommendations to improve conversion rate
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads
Proven experience generating leads for:
Education institutes
IT training centers
Coaching institutes
Skill development businesses
Strong understanding of:
