Google Ads Specialist for Life Insurance Co.

I am in need of a GOOGLE ADS (call only)SPECIALIST. I need someone who lives in the US and can talk on the phone and use google Meet to have a shared screen session to help me create my ads. I own a life insurance brokerage company and need to make a few campaigns to start receiving inbound calls. For example, I am licensed with Transamerica products but my company name is Robinhood Insurance Group. So my keywords would be “Transamerica customer service” and when a customer googles “Transamerica Customer Service”, My call only ad will pop up and when they call, I can guide them to the right department and give them an option for additional coverage. I do not want them to see my domain as my ad will simply say
”Customer Service” with a number to call. I worked for a few Life insurance companies who had these ads setup but they are charging too much for leads and now that I have my own LLC I intend to run these ads for myself. I need a professional to help me setup my campaigns correctly.
