Google Ads Specialist for Complex Solutions
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are looking for a senior Google Ads expert to work with us on complex, real-world performance challenges.
This is not a basic campaign setup or routine optimization project. We already run Google Ads successfully in our core market and are facing challenges while expanding and scaling performance across additional use cases and locations.
The right person should be comfortable:
diagnosing why performance differs across locations or segments
explaining practical limitations of Google Ads systems and learning behavior
proposing structural or long-term solutions, not just tactical changes
discussing trade-offs honestly, including what may or may not be realistically achievable
We currently have 3 ongoing micro challenges that require deep understanding of account behavior, historical learning, and decision-making under constraints. Standard optimizations have already been attempted.
This engagement will start as a contract, but if the collaboration goes well, we are open to converting this into a full-time or long-term role.
