Google Ads Specialist Needed for Campaign Optimisation

I’m looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to help fix and optimise an existing campaign that has not been showing properly for around 3 weeks.

The Google tag appears to be working, and most of the basic configuration has been set up, but the ads are still not receiving proper visibility/impressions. I need someone who can review the campaign properly, identify what is preventing it from showing, and fix the issue.

I’m looking for someone with strong experience in:

Google Ads campaign setup and troubleshooting
Search ads and keyword targeting
Conversion tracking and Google Tag setup
Ad approvals, bidding, budgets, and campaign diagnostics
Landing page and account structure review
General digital/social marketing strategy
No Coding needed

I need someone who can look at the account, explain clearly what is wrong, and make the necessary fixes.

This can evolve into support with future marketing needs across Google Ads and social media.
