What You’ll Do

Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation & conversions
Build high-intent Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max campaigns
Do keyword research with a lead-quality mindset
Write ad copy that attracts buyers, not browsers
Set up and optimize conversion points (forms, landing pages, CTAs, thank-you pages)
Track, test, and improve CPL, CPA & conversion rates
Work closely with landing pages to remove friction and boost results
Deliver clear reports with insights + next-step actions

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience running lead generation campaigns on Google Ads
Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages & conversion optimization
You know how to build and fix conversion points, not just run ads
Data-driven, proactive, and ruthless about ROI
Can work independently and deliver on deadlines
