Google Ads Setup & Indexing Fix

I have two separate websites that need immediate attention on two fronts:
1. Google Ads
• Build or restructure campaigns so they are correctly segmented, fully aligned with best-practice keyword match types, and ready to drive qualified leads from individual consumers.
• Configure conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and verify results in Google Analytics.
• Deliver an easy-to-read report outlining the campaign architecture, key metrics to watch, and next-step optimisation ideas.
2. Search indexing
• Diagnose why entire pages are not being indexed at all.
• Resolve any crawl errors, robot.txt or sitemap issues, and submit fixes through Google Search Console.
• Re-submit both sites for indexing and confirm that critical pages are appearing in live search within a reasonable timeframe.
