Google Ads Sales Campaign Management
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
The seat that used to manage our Google Ads account is now empty, so the task is to take full ownership of the campaigns and push hard for sales growth. Everything revolves around Google Ads—no Facebook or Instagram work is required—because that channel has proven most profitable for us.
Current status
• An active but under-optimised account with mixed Search, Shopping and a few Display experiments
• Historical data that points to strong performance when properly segmented between our B2B and B2C audiences
• Conversion tracking installed through Google Tag Manager, though events need a quick sanity check
Scope of work
1. Audit the existing structure, keywords, audiences and ad copy, then present a concise action plan.
2. Rebuild or refine campaigns to maximise ROAS, separating B2B and B2C where it improves relevance.
3. Implement enhanced conversion tracking and feed improvements (Merchant Center) to capture every sale.
4. Launch, monitor and optimise for at least four weeks, adjusting bids, budgets and creatives based on real-time performance.
5. Provide weekly performance snapshots and a final summary that shows uplift in sales volume and cost per acquisition.
Acceptance criteria
• Clear before/after metrics demonstrating higher sales and improved ROAS
• Clean account hierarchy, with naming conventions easy for any future manager to follow
• Verified, working conversion events for both lead forms and completed checkouts
Tools in play: Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Merchant Center, Sheets or Data Studio for reporting—use whatever workflow keeps insights flowing quickly.
You’ll have direct access to all assets and a responsive point of contact for approvals, so momentum won’t stall. Let’s unlock the sales potential hiding in this account.
