Google Ads Recruitment Campaign
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need a results-oriented Google Ads campaign that brings a steady flow of applications for our entry-level warehouse roles. The objective is simple: more qualified candidates hitting our application form, fewer wasted clicks.
You’ll take full ownership of the account—researching high-intent keywords, crafting compelling ad copy that speaks to job-seekers, structuring campaigns for optimal Quality Score, and setting up conversion tracking so we can measure cost-per-application in real time. Dynamic Search Ads, location targeting around our facilities, and clear ad extensions (wages, shifts, benefits) should all be part of the strategy.
Deliverables:
• Campaign and ad group architecture built in Google Ads
• Three versions of search ad copy per ad group, plus any RSAs
• Negative keyword list and bid strategy recommendations
• Conversion tracking linked to Google Analytics (or Tag Manager) and a brief performance dashboard
• A one-page optimisation roadmap for the first 30 days
Success will be measured by application volume, click-through rate, and a decreasing cost-per-application. If you’re confident you can hit those metrics in the warehouse sector, let’s get started.
