Google Ads Operator Needed – Ongoing Setup & Optimization (Low Budget)

We are an e-commerce store in Norway looking for a cost-effective Google Ads operator for ongoing work.
This is execution-focused work, not strategy or consulting.
Tasks include:
Creating and managing Google Ads campaigns (Search + Shopping / PMax)
Adding keywords and negative keywords
Monitoring basic performance (CPC, conversions, ROAS)
Making simple optimizations based on instructions
Following clear SOPs and guidelines
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Google Ads
Comfortable working with existing instructions
Able to communicate clearly in English
Detail-oriented and reliable
Important:
This is a budget-focused role
We are not looking for agencies or high-priced consultants
