Google Ads Expert Needed – Lead Generation for Email Tech Support (Compliance-Sensitive Niche)
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to manage and optimize our existing campaign for a U.S.-based technology services company.
This is NOT a beginner setup. The landing page, tracking, and CRM integration are already live. We need someone who can optimize, scale, and generate high-quality leads while maintaining strict policy compliance.
*Business Overview
RJ TEK Services provides independent technical support focused on:
• Email login issues
• Account recovery
• Email configuration and setup
• Access-related problems
We do NOT impersonate brands and follow Google’s Third-Party Tech Support policies.
*Current Setup
• Dedicated landing page (conversion-focused)
• Lead form integrated with HubSpot + email notifications
• Google Ads campaign running (Search)
• Conversion tracking configured
• Google Workspace + verified domain
*What We Need
You will:
• Audit existing campaign structure
• Improve keyword targeting (high-intent only)
• Optimize ad copy for CTR and compliance
• Improve Quality Score
• Reduce irrelevant traffic
• Implement strong negative keyword strategy
• Optimize conversion rate
• Suggest scaling strategy once profitable
• Ensure full Google Ads policy compliance
*Requirements
• Proven experience running Google Ads for service-based businesses
• Experience in restricted/compliance-sensitive niches (tech support preferred)
• Ability to show past performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, conversion rate)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Search campaign structure
• Conversion tracking
• Negative keywords
• Landing page CRO basics
• Policy compliance
*Budget & Scope
• Initial contract: 30 days
• Monthly management fee (please quote)
• Ad spend handled separately
• Performance-based extension possible
*To Apply, Please Answer:
1. Have you run campaigns in the tech support niche before?
2. What is the average CPL you have achieved for service-based campaigns?
3. How do you handle Google’s Third-Party Tech Support restrictions?
4. What would your first 7 days strategy be?
5. What management fee do you charge?
We are looking for a serious professional who understands performance marketing, not someone experimenting with our budget.
If results are strong, this can become a long-term engagement.
