Google Ads Creation

Needing someone to take my information and make me some google ads, so I can upload them via google ads editor. I have a list of URLs, and a list of some keywords, and open to freelancer coming up with more keywords. I will eventually want around 200 ad sets. But will just be starting with a couple ad sets to see how the process works out, before hiring someone to do all of the ads.
