Google Ads Conversions

I need my Google Ads campaign to be fully set up with the conversion tracking option on my website, including call-to-action buttons and a WhatsApp button throughout the site.

I need to be able to see in my Google Ads dashboard how many times those buttons have been clicked.

I already have the website, the campaign, and the Google Ads account set up.
