Google Ads Conversion Tracking Specialist

I need a Google Ads specialists to set up conversion tracking on a website. There is only 1 conversion we need to track. (A form submission)
We have two Ads accounts.
We have a website (running on Wordpress), which is a NGO, that receives Google Ads grants. We are limited in what we are allowed to do on this Ads account, so we ALSO run a normal paid Ads account.
I need you to setup correct conversion tracking on BOTH of these two separate Ads accounts, so they are not duplicate. In other words, so that conversions that come from our Ads Grant campaign are tracked correctly, and only there, and so that conversions that come from our paid Ads are tracked correctly, and only there.
I need you to get rid of any other conversion tracking on either Ads account (there's likely leftovers of my experiments)
Google Sitekit is installed on the site, and analytics, Ads and Search Console is connected.
