I'm seeking an experienced Google Ads specialist to manage and optimize my Search campaigns. The primary goal is to improve Click-Through Rate (CTR) and ensure a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:
- Audit my existing Google Ads account
- Research and select effective keywords
- Set up and manage Search campaigns
- Write compelling ad copy
- Optimize bidding strategies
- Perform A/B testing on ads
- Track and report conversions
- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and recommendations

Requirements:
- Proven experience with Google Ads (Certification is a plus)
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics & conversion tracking
- Ability to manage budgets effectively
- Good communication skills and responsiveness
- Familiar with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar (optional)

Ideal Skills & Experience:
